In the event of large crowds at the entrance or at accompanying events, you will be given priority
access.
The exhibition does not have its own parking lot. Please park in a spot recommended by the
parking
app.
Yes, the exhibition is fully wheelchair accessible. Strollers, however, are
not permitted.
Yes, restrooms are available on site.
Photography and filming for private use is allowed, but without flash.
Dogs are not allowed. Only service dogs are permitted.
If you'd rather not wait in line at the box office, we offer tickets with a specific
time slot. When buying your ticket online, you choose whichever time works best for your visit. Time slots are available on the hour (09:00, 10:00, 11:00, etc.). The slot you choose marks the window during
which you should arrive
— for example, a 14:00 slot means you should arrive sometime between
14:00
and 15:00. Once inside, you're welcome to stay as long as you like.
If you don't arrive within your slot's one-hour window and the exhibition is busy,
you won't be let in straight away — you'll be placed in a waiting queue instead.
We do not accept benefit cards.
You can stay at the exhibition as long as you like; we recommend setting aside 1 to 1.5 hours.
