SHERLOCK HOLMES EXHIBITION RULES

  • Jackets, coats, umbrellas, and backpacks are not permitted; please leave them in the free coat check
  • Large bags and bulky luggage are not permitted; please leave them in the free coat check
  • No strollers allowed
  • No food or drinks allowed in the exhibition areas
  • Do not touch exhibits, display stands, or display cases
  • No cell phone calls or loud behavior
  • No photography with flash
  • No weapons, sharp objects, or glass containers allowed
  • No entry under the influence of alcohol or intoxicating substances
  • No smoking anywhere in the exhibition space
  • No pets allowed
  • Children under 15 must be accompanied by an adult at all times during their visit
  • Visitors may be subject to a security check upon entry
  • The ticket is valid only for the date and time slot indicated on the ticket. Visitors are required
    to arrive at the entrance within the specified time window.
    Once this window has passed, entry may not be
  • Senior discount – individuals over 65 years old (valid from the day they turn 65)
  • Student discount – with a valid ISIC student ID card, for those up to 26 years old
  • Visitors with a ZTP/P disability card are entitled to one free companion
  • The exhibition is suitable and accessible for visitors with limited mobility; however, for safety reasons
    and to ensure compliance with the exhibition’s capacity limits, the number of wheelchair users admitted may be restricted
  • Keep your ticket in a safe place 
  • Ticket forgery is a criminal offense; once scanned or torn, the ticket can no longer be used or returned
  • A ticket with an expired visit date is invalid
  • A FLEXI ticket, which is valid for 45 days from the date of purchase or from the start of the exhibition,
    is invalid after this period expires
  • Each ticket has a barcode or a validation stub that will be scanned
    upon entry or torn off by a staff member
  • In the event of damage, destruction, loss, or theft of a ticket, there is no entitlement to a replacement
  • Admission fees and service charges are non-refundable; tickets cannot be exchanged
  • The organizer is not liable for damages caused by unauthorized copying or counterfeiting of tickets
  • In the event of event cancellation, claims for refunds must be made at the location where the ticket
    was purchased
  • Reimbursement for incidental expenses (hotel, transportation) is not provided
  • If you feel unwell during your visit, please do not hesitate to contact the staff, who will be happy to assist you
  • By entering the exhibition, visitors consent to being monitored by security cameras within
    exhibition
