We want you to enjoy the exhibition in complete comfort and safety. That's why entry is divided into time slots — arrival windows. When booking, you choose whichever window suits your visit best, you can arrive at any time within that period. For example, the 12:00–12:30 slot means you will be admitted to the exhibition at any time during that half-hour.. If you run into unexpected delays on the way and can't make it on time, your ticket won't be forfeited: all purchased tickets remain valid on their booked day. Once inside, you'll have unlimited time to view the exhibition during opening hours — we recommend allowing at least two hours. If you'd like to come on any day or at any time without restriction, and enjoy priority entry as well, we recommend a VIP ticket.
A single entry, usable any time within 45 days of purchase (or from the exhibition's opening date) — you choose the day and time yourself. This ticket does not, however, guarantee priority entry.
